Advance paid will not be refunded under any circumstance, however, you are free to reschedule a session in case you are unable to attend or there has been an unavoidable circumstance at our end. Both must be intimated to the other party well in advance. You may also opt for distance healing instead of the physical session.

Multiple payments againstthe same order will be refunded in full (after deducting transaction charges on the duplicate payments), after retaining the cost of a singular order.

Packages that have been paid for in advance cannot be refunded. You may reschedule the date of your session if you are unable to attend on a particular date. All rescheduling must be done in advance.

You can ask questions related to the session or the spiritual guidance received any time after the healing session and/or distance healing sessions within the validity of a package.
